As this video graphically evidences, white police officers are trained to deliberately provoke, enrage, and antagonize black civilians in order to have an excuse to dominate, arrest and otherwise control them, as well as employ torture toys (such as tasers and batons) against them. Note that the cowardly, arrogant, pompous, racist policeman smugly waited for the slightest excuse to use ridiculously excessive force on this harmless, if annoying, black lady. He could have easily removed the innocuous female from her car using other means without horribly torturing her. The United Nations has declared that Tasers are “torture devices” which kill and maim thousands of people annually. Judging by cops’ aforementioned behavior as well as their exaggerated physiques, cops seem to be more concerned about flexing both their metaphorical and literal muscles of power than about upholding any law.
